   • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

   • Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

   • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

   • We replace defective or damaged items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
